Controls below. I have now updated this to the point where the bad ending WILL reset the cards.

Controls are
WASD/ Arrow keys
A = Enter
B = Shift
Start = c
Select = v (nothing mapped to it in-game)

I realise I have made a starting point. I imagine that, while I had some theories written that I didn't put in, others will likely come up with their own.
Their own theories, stories, characters....!
I say go ahead! Let's make our own little reality!

This character is basically myself so no steal pls XP (Even if it is basically Gary Oak's sprite.)

I believe I have ironed out ALL bugs, and variables now reset, so the bad ending will reset the keycards. Only took me 2 years to learn but....!

I made this in 7 hours on one of my first livestreams  (not recorded I'm afraid) but the majority of backgrounds and sprites were also made in previous livestreams as I have been testing doing it for the last two weeks or so. (Yes I put in a little tiny easter egg, it was 6am by that point and my brain was wandering to Jupiter.)
It's the first game I've started and finished making in one go on GBStudio.

My livestreams are of me screensharing colouring regular pictures or Mandala sheets, or creating assets (backgrounds and sprites) for the GB-Style games which I will then also make on stream as I did with this one. Bring Your Own Audio and I apologise for the quality being stuck on 240p. My upload speed is basically nothing.

The link below is where you can watch my livestreams when I'm active. I usually stream at 10pm UK time. That's +1 GMT I believe. Update - I currently do just Fri and Saturdays.
